Money Back Guarantee 
Kastley offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for standard garments. If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. This Guarantee also applies to bespoke items that are faulty.

Please contact us and we will provide you with details of how to return your product.

All products must be returned in their original state complete with packaging and all components.
Please ensure all products are not damaged on their return journey. We suggest that items are sent via a tracked and insured delivery service.
Once we have been informed of your intention to return a product, we will refund your credit/charge card (used to place the original order), Paypal or Google Checkout account within 30 days of cancellation.
The original delivery charge (where applicable) will only be refunded if the order is cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with details of your order number. If the items have not already been sent, then we will cancel the order and issue a refund, confirming our action via e-mail. However, if the items have already been sent out, then we will e-mail you confirmation of the dispatch date and you will need to wait until receipt of the goods back to us before a refund can be processed, as per above stipulations.

If for any reason your product does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement.

Faulty Items 
We guarantee that all of our products are of merchantable quality in accordance with your statutory rights. If an item develops a fault or defect, please contact us with details of the problem quoting your order number and we will advise you of the action to take.



We will guard the personal information you share with us to ensure the content, services, and advertising that we provide on Kastley.co.uk are always tailored to your current, designated preferences.

When you provide Kastley with your name (or alias), e-mail address, mailing address, or telephone number, and you "opt in," Kastley and Kastley representatives may use the provided information to alert you to product upgrades, special offers, updated information, classes, new services, and other Kastley related information. ("Representatives" include value-added resellers and authorised trading partners.) Kastley does not offer, or allow the selling of, any user-provided information to third parties.

Kastley respects the rights users give us when opting to receive e-mail communications and enforces internal policies to preserve those rights. It is our objective to retain the long-term ability to continue to communicate with our users.

If you do not want Kastley or Kastley representatives to contact you, you may "opt out" of this preference at any time, whether you're online or contacting Kastley directly. As part of your preference flexibility, you'll always have the option to opt back in and have Kastley contact you based on your previous or new preferences.

If you choose not to register or provide personal information, you can still visit the Kastley website; however, you will not have access to areas that require personal identification.

If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.
Please ensure that when completing on-line that your credit card details such as name and full postal address match the exact details on the Bank or Credit Card statement you receive.

Kastley will always protect the personal information that you share with us. Kastley stores information internally in a controlled, secure environment. If, for example, you make a purchase online, we route all transactions via PayPal through SSL (Secure Socket Layers) and will process your credit card number only to secure your current payment. The SSL transaction does not retain your credit card number subsequent to the transaction at hand and will not use the number for marketing purposes.

If Kastley requests general demographic information, this information is limited to reporting purposes only; members remain anonymous. Phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and postal addresses are never shared for demographic reports with outside entities.


You can pay by any: Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Solo or Delta debit card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet. You may also pay by cheque (check) or money order if you wish. For more details see How to Order. You can also pay by UK cheque, UK postal order, or cash in Pounds sterling US dollars or Euros.

If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by credit card or Paypal.

We currently debit money from your account within one working day after we have received your order.


Prices published on our website are in GBP Sterling, include delivery unless otherwise stated.

Non-EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot offer advice to you as to what these costs will be - please consult your local customs office for more information.

We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full.

All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item, which you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money that you have paid.

Whilst Kastley will endeavour to despatch your product(s) as soon as possible once the order is paid for, Kastley can accept no responsibility for postal delays beyond our control.

We believe that you will be delighted with your product(s) but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds are given as follows:
a) Faulty products will always be replaced although a full refund will be given in the unlikely event that a replacement cannot be provided,
b) If the goods received are unsuitable, the refund made will be less 30% of the purchase price to cover re-stocking and administration fees.
c) If an order is cancelled prior to delivery but after the payment transaction has been made, your card will be refunded in full less 5% credit card administration fees.


You have the right to return a faulty or unsuitable item within 7 days of receipt. Please keep any information that accompanies your item(s) as this will be needed in order to initiate and assist us in the returns process. It is advised that you check your goods immediately upon receipt and any reasons for return are communicated to Kastley as soon as possible via all available communication channels such as email or telephone.

If you return an item to us which is faulty or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by telephone on +44 (0) 7758 240116 or email kastley@gmail.com to inform us and we will arrange a refund if a replacement cannot be made available. Please contact us first and we will allocate you with a Returns Code (which you must include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible) and we will also provide you with advice on how to send the item back to us. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery. Any goods returned without a returns code will not be processed.


If you take delivery of a Kastley package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt for exchange. Please follow the same procedure as published on How to return faulty or unsuitable items.

Make contact with Kastley to be issued with a returns code kastley@gmail.com.

Write on the back of the delivery slip, giving the reason for the return. Please include your order number.

If you do not have the original delivery slip, please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note MUST include your order number, which you will be able to find in Your Account, linked from the top right-hand of the kastley home page, also published on your 'receipt of order' e-mail.

Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) complete with accessories if applicable.

For your protection we recommend that you use an insured and tracked delivery service.
We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund or replacement.


If you have recently placed an order and you think the delivery of your item/items is overdue, contact customer services on kastley@gmail.com

If your order is marked "Items dispatched", then it has already left our factory.

NB: For deliveries within the UK, please allow 20 working days for delivery. International deliveries are normally within 15-25 working days.

Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as it's possible they have already tried to deliver your package, but were unable to.

If you believe the delivery is severely overdue, please send our Customer Services an e-mail.


Please note that packages, which are not collected by you from your local sorting office, will be returned eventually (this can take up to 45 days from date of order) to Kastley. The information relating to this action is published on the Royal Mail Web Site (www.royalmail.co.uk) under heading Track & Trace. The recorded delivery number against your delivery can be acquired by emailing kastley@gmail.com quoting your order number.

Can you resend my package?
Once we are in possession of your package, we will resend the item to you. The following tariffs will apply to cover postage and administration:

Packages weighing between 0kg and 1kg = £4.95
Packages weighing between 1kg and 2kg = £7.95
Packages weighing between 2kg and 4kg = £9.95

What if I can’t wait up to 45 days for my package to be resent?
If you cannot wait up to 45 days for your package to be resent, you can re-order the item in question and provided that the item is in stock we will despatch your new order as soon as possible. If you choose this option, upon receipt of the returned item we will instigate a refund against the original order less 30% of the purchase price to cover re-stocking and administration fees.


Product dependent, all items are sent either Recorded Delivery, Parcel Post or 1st Class Post via Royal Mail or parcel carrier if over 10Kg.
NB: For deliveries within the UK, please allow 20 working days for delivery. International deliveries are normally within 15-25 working days.

The availability of an item refers to the length of time it takes before the item is available for us to send to you. For example, if we have an item in stock it will have 24-hour availability. In most cases, we have to make the item from scratch and it will take longer for us to be able to send you your order.
